Payment & Banking Policy

This website does not collect online payments. Payment instructions are provided by the booking desk after the reservation request is reviewed.

No online payment on this website

No card, UPI, wallet, net-banking or other online payment gateway is used on this website. Guests should not enter banking credentials, UPI PINs, card details or OTPs into this website.

Banking details

After receiving a booking request, the booking desk may share the applicable banking/payment instructions for the requested stay. Guests should make a transfer only after checking the booking details and receiving the payment instructions directly from the booking desk.

Booking confirmation

Sending a request through WhatsApp or email does not by itself constitute a confirmed reservation. The booking desk must confirm the room, dates, final amount and applicable terms.

Payment proof

If the booking desk asks for payment proof, the guest should share the transaction reference or proof through the communication channel specified by the booking desk.

Refunds and cancellations

Any refund, cancellation or adjustment is governed by the applicable reservation and cancellation terms communicated for the booking.
