How booking requests, room selection and confirmation work.

Booking requests

Selecting a room and submitting guest details creates a booking request. A room is not finally reserved until the booking desk/property confirms the reservation. Any payment, if required, is handled only after the booking desk provides the applicable payment instructions.

Room and rate basis

The website displays the room rates supplied for the 2027 booking programme. Displayed rates are stated as inclusive of GST and breakfast. Availability and final allocation remain subject to the property/booking desk.

Guest information

Guests must provide accurate name, mobile number, email and stay details. The booking desk may contact the guest to verify or clarify information before confirmation.

Check-in and check-out

The published property timing is 2:00 PM check-in and 11:00 AM check-out. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and any applicable charges.

Identification

Guests should carry valid government-issued identification for check-in. The property may require identification for all occupants in accordance with its operating and legal requirements.
