Property terms apply

Cancellation, modification, no-show and refund treatment are governed by the reservation terms applicable to the selected rate and the property’s current booking conditions.

Advance cancellation

Guests should review the applicable cancellation condition before payment. Where a rate is refundable, the refundable amount and deadline are determined by the booking terms attached to that reservation.

Late cancellation and no-show

Late cancellation or no-show may result in charges or loss of the amount paid where the applicable rate terms permit such charges.

Modification

Date or room changes are subject to availability and may change the amount payable. A change is not final until the booking desk/property confirms it.
